Homemade pumpkin puree

Many people don't like using the canned pumpkin. In such a case, you can make the pumpkin puree from scratch. For this, you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Wash the pumpkins properly and dry them off with a kitchen towel. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds from a stingy pulp. Place the pumpkins in a roasting pan by brushing their skin with vegetable oil. Bake the pumpkin until it becomes soft. Cool it down and put the pulp in the food processor. Don't include the skin. Blend it to make the best puree.
